Onboarding Process

  1. 1. Pay $1 to get started
  2. 2. Schedule your kick off call
  3. 3. Provide access to your support systems
  4. 4. We begin building your internal documentation based on past support tickets
  5. 5. We write draft responses to support tickets for you to review
  6. 6. We start responding to customers once you give approval (typically within 7 days)
  7. 7. We only bill you for your first month when we start answering customer inquiries directly
